Temperature Based Auto Fan On/Off
Abstract
In this arduino based project, we are going to build a temperature-controlled fan using Arduino. With this circuit, we will be able to adjust the fan speed in our home or office according to the room temperature and also show the temperature and fan speed changes on a 16x2 LCD display. To do this we will be using an Arduino UNO Board, LCD, temp sensor, DC fan that is controlled by using PWM. If the temperature exceeds over a specific value, the fan will automatically switch on. The fan will turn off automatically if the temperature drops under a specific value. The fan's velocity will be determined by the temperature, and it will automatically increase or decrease when the temperature is measured by the sensor. The fan speed and the current temperature will also be printed on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) screen.
